We have the capacity to manufacture Babbitt / White Metal lined bearings or remetal and finish machine existing bearings of any size, type or quantity.
Bearing shell material may be: Steel, Bronze, Cast-iron, Stainless Steel, Aluminium.

MACHINING SERVICES
Because of varied and difficult applications for Babbitt / White Metal plain bearings, finished-machined surfaces and clearance on shafts are extremely important to the correct function and life of this type of bearing.
To maintain the highest standard of workmanship and quality control in the finished bearing, all machining including lubrication oilways are completed within our workshop. All dimensions, clearance and oilways are double checked to provide correct installation and performance of the finished bearing, ensuring a reliable long service life.
QUALITY CONTROL
To maintain quality control in the finished bearing, all services, chemical cleaning, blasting, tinning and casting are carried out within our workshop. Our many years of experience ensure our clients of our highest integrity and quality of product.
ULTRASONIC TESTING
Babbitt/White Metal bond to housing shell…. Certification to Australian standards AS 2824 is available by independent N.A.T.A. certified personnel.
